Packing 8 fully-automatic functions, from pre-milling to buffing, it integrates our most advanced technology into the robust, time-tested Zicar classic chassis. Application:
This machine is perfectly suited for a wide range of applications in the panel furniture, custom furniture, cabinet wardrobe, and office furniture industries, as well as for producing tables, chairs, doors, and other wood products. Furthermore, its versatility allows it to process various boards, including density board, ecological board, multi-layer board, particle board, and even aluminum honeycomb board.
Functions
1.Pre-milling units
with diamond coated spiral cutters ensure first class edge processing
Ensures smooth edges by removing imperfections before banding.
2.Gluing unit
with Teflon coated gluing pot ensures easy and perfect gluing cleaning
Efficient application of adhesive for a secure bond.
3.End cutting & Fine trimming units
Each unit consists of two independent saw blades with high-frequency motors.
Linear guides guarantee the highest possible precision with little maintenance required.
Accurate trimming of banded edges for a clean finish.
4.Corner rounding unit
The corner rounding unit provides the perfect “finish” of workpiece corners
5.Radius scraping & Flat scraping units
The radius surface receives a light scraping, removing any remnants from the trimming process and ensuring a smooth “finish”
6.Cleaning & Buffing units
The buffing units are equipped with cotton brushes. To clean and polish the top and bottom part of the edge and to give a super finish for any edging materials.
