Our machines are assembled, installed, and tested before delivery. Manuals and instruction books are provided free of charge, with multiple language options available, including Spanish and Russian.

For standard machines, the lead time is typically 1-2 weeks. Customized machines usually take 30-60 days, depending on the model and order quantity.
Yes. Please provide your destination port, and we will arrange shipping through our experienced forwarding partners. We can offer EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU, and DDP pricing. We usually recommend the business district as the receiver address.
Our machines come with a 12-month warranty (excluding man-made change). During the warranty period, if parts fail due to quality issues, customers can receive replacement spare parts.
Most common spare parts are kept in stock and can be shipped to your address within one week. Some parts may also be available for local purchase.
T/T: 30% in advance, 70% balance before delivery.

Development History
Since the establishment of the JAYA office, the company has grown from just 5 employees to 80. During this time, the organizational structure has been continuously improved to support our expanding overseas.
Our Organization & Culture
JAYA now has four major departments: International Trading, Marketing, Supply, and Operations.
The International Trading (Sales) Department includes 11 sales teams, each with 3-4 members, all dedicated to providing the best products and services to our clients.
The Marketing Department consists of the Promotion Division and the Brand Marketing Division. The Promotion Division has five specialized teams, responsible for B2B platforms, B2C platforms, social media, website maintenance, and creative design.
The Supply Department includes the Document Division and the Technical Division.
The Operations Department oversees Finance and Human Resources.
